Absolutely love Novikov! The atmosphere is stylish and welcoming, the food is fresh and full of flavor, and the service is impressively fast. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious. Prices are on the higher side, but the experience is worth every penny. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining spot in the city.

Novikov is special because of all the little details that consistently add up to a truly hospitable experience- time after time. From the incredible food, to the luxurious ambiance. From to the thoughtfully-curated events to the knowledgeable and attentive hosts, servers, sommeliers, bussers and bartenders— this staff excels at making guests feel fully embraced and cared for. There’s something for everyone from morning coffee and breakfast to the lunch prix-fixe with acoustic singer / songwriters playing live, and of course dinner and drinks while the DJ spins on weekend nights. Novikov also knows how to throw large parties and special celebrations in the private dining room! While there is always something fun and new, the restaurant remains true to consistent hospitality at the highest standard. If you haven’t stopped in, you simply must!

The service was truly exceptional—Alessio was incredibly attentive, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly, while the manager, Giulio, went out of his way to check in on us and ensure we were comfortable. Their lunch menu is probably the best in Beverly Hills. The quality, variety, and presentation of the dishes were outstanding—every course felt thoughtfully crafted and perfectly balanced. It’s an ideal spot to impress clients or enjoy a refined meal in a stylish setting. I’ll definitely be back.

The Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli with Mixed Mushrooms was a true standout, served in a creamy, aromatic sauce that perfectly complemented the earthiness of the mushrooms. We also enjoyed the Risotto with Asparagus & Black Truffle — indulgent, silky, and deeply satisfying. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, with high-quality ingredients shining through. Pairing our meal with the 2019 Joseph Faiveley Meursault Premier Cru “Charmes” was a fantastic choice. This elegant white Burgundy elevated the flavors of the food and added a luxurious touch to the evening. For dessert, we opted for a refreshing fruit platter with cream, beautifully presented with fresh figs, berries, and mint. It was light and satisfying — a perfect end to a rich meal. The service was exceptional throughout: warm, attentive, and well-informed about the menu and wine pairings. It’s clear the staff takes pride in delivering a refined dining experience. Novikov is quite a decent place. The hostesses at the entrance were rather arrogant and unwelcoming, almost as if they didn’t notice you. The ambiance inside the restaurant is pleasant and stylish, but it’s very noisy. I happened to have a very attentive and friendly waiter, which was a plus. They have a good wine selection, the oysters were tasty, and I enjoyed the pasta — although the mushrooms were sour, which is unusual for this dish. I decided to try their crème brûlée, but the layer of caramelized sugar was too thick and burnt, making it difficult to reach the dessert underneath. It definitely shouldn’t be like that. 200$+
